A screenplay, or script, is a written work by screenwriters for a film, television program, or video game. These screenplay.biz/top-screenplays/" 786 target="_blank">screenplays can be original works or adaptations from existing pieces of writing. In them, the movement, actions, expression and dialogues of the characters are also narrated. An external conflict is presented in Act I

Development

This stage mainly consists of planning and conceptualising a script Planet X: Gold of the Gods, based off a book, another movie, a true story, or can even be an original concept. After approval, the director works with the writers to come up with a step-by-step outline of the progression of the film. This is still too general to tell if the story works on a commercial level or not, but it’s a start. During the course of the remaining chapters we’ll be reviewing what it takes to commercialize a script, but here’s a list of items you’ll be learning to incorporate to assure a script is commercial:

Pre-Production

In this phase, the key objective is to narrow down options and plan the development of the movie in terms of Planet X: Gold of the Gods film cast, film crew, and budget. A line manager or production manager is usually hired during this process to create a schedule and manage the budget for the film. Pre-production also includes figuring out the shoot location. Once I have the main scenes on index cards, I type them up in Microsoft Word. I usually end up with around 10 to 15 pages of outlined scenes. I use RED LETTERS to indicate any remaining gaps or areas of concern.

The production stage is when the actual practical Planet X: Gold of the Gods film production work begins. The primary aim is to stick to the budget and schedule, which requires constant attentiveness. The film director works with the cast and crew to ensure that everything goes as planned. Communication is key between all the involved parties.  Director: Tim Burke (V), Production Co: The Bigger Picture Films [US] will be producing this film. Each scene, no matter how long, has its own index card. I usually end up with about 60 + index cards. By doing it in this simple, straightforward step-outline approach, I can instantly see where there are gaps in the material. I can also easily recognize scenes that don’t work and even shuffle scenes, if necessary.

Photography

Planet X: Gold of the Gods Photography is essentially the most expensive phase in film production. This is because of the salaries owed to the actor, director and set crew, as well as the costs of certain shots, props and special effects, if needed. All the previous stages have been set to ensure the smooth transition of photography. This is where the camera rolls, so it is important for the film director to follow the schedule and remain within the budget. Genre: Action | Adventure | Fantasy. Another way to amp up the urgency and make the reader want to turn the page is to have the character voice a question, either silently or aloud, that s/he really wants the answer to. If the character wants it, the reader or audience will likely want it, too.

Wrap – Planet X: Gold of the Gods

The period immediately after the shooting ends, when all the cameras are turned off. During this stage of Planet X: Gold of the Gods, everything gets disassembled and the set is cleared of the cast and crew. All equipment and props must be returned in a functioning order, to the suppliers and there must be an inventory list. If you find your chapters are not ending with cliffhangers, then you may be breaking the chapter or scene at the wrong moment. Go back through the chapter and see if there’s some other logical break that will create the suspense you’re looking for: break when the doorbell rings, but without revealing who’s behind the door so that the reader will turn the page to find out who’s at the door. It really can be that simple.
